- Only the members of your team that are participating in the event are allowed in the room for that event.

Information about comments submitted on the evaluation forms:
- Awards ceremony should start earlier.
- The awards ceremony can only start once all events have been graded and overall team scores have been calculated.
- It takes time to grade events, some events more than others.
- Clarfications on the scoring of some events are occassionally needed, which requires tracking down the event supervisors.
- We schedule our events as best as we can so that events that requrie significant time grading are run in earlier time slots on the day.
- However, processing the event scores, caculating team rankings for events, and overall team places does take time.
- We do this as quickly as possible, but realistically, 2-3 hours is the minimum time required to work through this process.
- If the last event finishes at 2pm, then the earliest we can start the awards ceremony is 4pm.
- Can we have more than one object for Write-It-Do-It?
- The event rules are written in language that imply a single object is to be used.
- All teams need to be scored fairly, so using more than one object would mean different teams may not be able to be fully compared and graded to each other.
- Only a single object will be used for this event.
- Provide a bunsen burner for the forensics event.
- If this is listed as something that the event supervisor is to provide in the rules for the event, then it will be provided.
- Online sign-up for device events.
- This was piloted for the 2013 PC Science Olympiad and will be continued for subsequent events.
- Signs in C and D building showing if they are upstairs or downstairs.
- The room number indicates if the event is downstairs (starts with a 1) or upstairs (starts with a 2).
