If you cannot make the on campus final exam that is component of this course, then you must make arrangements for an off-site proctored exam at an approved location. Offsite testing is for students who are located more than 60 miles from a Perimeter College campus. If you live less than 60 miles from a Perimeter College campus then off-site testing is not an option for you and you are required to attend the scheduled class final on the date, time, and location as set by Perimeter college. It is the students’ responsibility to find that location, have that location complete the off-site proctored exam form, and have that location send the form to the email address on the off-site proctored exam form. Students cannot submit that form themselves. The college facility that approves off-site locations reviews each location from the information on the form that was submitted, there is no absolute approved list that can be given to you to use. Students should find a proctor who is employed at a college/university or a military educational center. They are the only locations that are typically approved by the college. So, that means you must find an off-site proctor that meets those requirements and make arrangements with them to take your final exam. You will then have that location send the form to the email address on the off-site proctor form for approval. If you cannot find anywhere, then you will need to travel to the specific campus listed on the date and time that will be posted in a news announcement in iCollege after the class has started.
